Holy S*!# I NEED to Run!

Last week it was 75 degrees and S U N N Y.  Beautiful!  Isla and I enjoyed a few outdoor runs and shopping trips.  I mean, come on, of course we'd be outside constantly in that weather.

Last week I ran because I had to to keep up the training.  

And then...

Yea.
This is what everything looks like around here.  Sidewalks, yards, roads.  It's ice.  Since Monday night.

Ain't noooooo running in this.  Heck, no WALKING in this.  Hardly any going outside in it.

So tonight, my legs are itchy.  I NEED to run.  And I can't!
